Who you are
You have a strong background in technical program management, with experience in defining and operationalizing customer engagement strategies. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and have a knack for translating complex usage patterns into clear opportunities and measurable outcomes. Your ability to influence across disciplines helps align teams around shared metrics and priorities.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to evolve customer journey models. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify and socialize opportunities for business growth, ensuring that you understand user behavior and the signals that guide product decisions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead initiatives that bring structure and clarity to customer engagement with Copilot experiences. You will define and evolve customer journey models, focusing on user progression, regression, and reengagement patterns. Your insights will help teams understand who the users are and how they behave, ultimately guiding product and business decisions.
You will partner with various teams to ensure that customer engagement strategies are effectively implemented and measured. Your responsibilities will include identifying key metrics, prioritizing actions based on data, and communicating findings to stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping frameworks that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
