Deep understanding of data governance and observability — you prioritize data contracts and semantic consistency in your work, ensuring that data is reliable and accessible for all stakeholders. You have experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Snowpipe, which you leverage to build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines.

You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams to fuel analytics and automation initiatives. What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Data Platform team, you will shape the backbone of our data strategy by designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines. You will lead cross-functional projects that empower teams across the Playlist ecosystem to create personalized experiences for millions of users.
