Mindbody is seeking a FP&A Analyst to transform data into insights and support financial planning processes. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to drive analysis of business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong analytical background and experience in financial planning and analysis. You excel at transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support planning and decision-making processes. You have experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and you are skilled in building and maintaining financial models that highlight trends and opportunities. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You are proficient in using financial planning tools, such as Adaptive Insights, to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the center of how decisions get made within the organization. You will drive the analysis of business performance and develop reporting that empowers teams across the company. You will own components of the annual budget and monthly forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. You will partner closely with leaders in sales, marketing, and operations to provide insights that support strategic planning and decision-making. You will build, maintain, and enhance financial models that surface trends, opportunities, and potential risks, helping the organization to see around corners. You will serve as a steward of the Adaptive Insights planning tool, ensuring that it is utilized effectively to support financial planning processes.
