What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain backend systems that drive real-world experiences. You will partner with Product, Design, and QA teams to bring features to life, iterating quickly based on user feedback. You will lead and influence architecture decisions that prioritize scalability and simplicity, ensuring that the systems you create are both innovative and reliable. You will approach development with empathy, understanding how your work impacts the broader community. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, helping to cultivate a collaborative engineering culture within the team.
