Overview

Mindtickle is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Associate to support regional programs that generate pipeline and enhance sales engagement across North America. This role requires strong marketing skills and the ability to run effective events.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in field marketing, ideally with experience in generating pipeline and supporting sales teams. Your ability to run successful events and engage with regional programs is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of collaboration with sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and results. You are comfortable working independently and are proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance marketing efforts. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey marketing strategies and results to stakeholders. You are data-driven, using metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make informed decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support regional marketing programs aimed at generating pipeline and enhancing sales engagement. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop marketing strategies that align with their goals. You will be responsible for planning and executing events that engage potential customers and drive interest in Mindtickle's offerings. Your role will involve analyzing the success of these initiatives and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics. You will also work on creating marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of Mindtickle's revenue productivity platform. Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping the company maintain its position as a market leader in sales onboarding and training.
