You have a strong background in instructional design, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences. Your experience includes managing the entire project lifecycle, from client management to content development and delivery. You understand the importance of experiential learning and are passionate about transforming traditional training methods into impactful programs.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the learning experience is executed with precision. What you'll do
As a Senior Instructional Designer at Mindtickle, you will take ownership of the design and development of learning content that drives revenue outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with the CaaS team to create tailored learning experiences that align with client goals. Your role will involve storyboarding, visualization, and ensuring that the content is not only informative but also engaging and transformational.
You will manage client relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions that enhance their teams' effectiveness. Your ability to visualize complex concepts and translate them into accessible learning materials will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content you create.
