What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Minitab’s Employee Brand Experience Manager to design and produce engaging content for the company’s SharePoint intranet. You will collaborate with various teams to create employee-driven stories that support internal communications and employer branding. Your responsibilities will include coordinating multimedia projects, brainstorming new ideas in team meetings, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement.

You will also support research and trend analysis, assist with user experience surveys, and monitor engagement and site analytics to understand what resonates with employees. Throughout the internship, you will build hands-on skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft SharePoint, and PowerPoint, gaining exposure to the tools used by modern communications and brand teams. By the end of your internship, you will have developed a portfolio of work and a deeper understanding of how employer branding, digital experience, and culture storytelling intersect to shape the employee experience.
