You have a strong background in machine learning and computational biology, with experience in developing analytical workflows that interpret complex biological datasets. Your expertise in statistical analysis allows you to generate meaningful insights from data, and you are comfortable working with various simulation tools relevant to drug discovery. You understand the importance of integrating AI with biological reasoning to drive scientific conclusions and improve drug discovery processes. Desirable
Experience with simulation tools for small molecule discovery, such as ADMET prediction and docking scoring, is a plus. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building the core analytical and reasoning layer behind Mithrl's AI Co-Scientist. You will design and implement reusable analysis modules that the AI runs for every dataset, ensuring that the system can interpret biological data accurately and efficiently. Your work will involve developing multi-step workflows that combine statistical analysis with biological reasoning, allowing the AI to generate scientific conclusions and hypotheses.
You will also integrate and experiment with various simulation tools to enhance the AI's capabilities in drug discovery. This includes working with tools for ADMET prediction, docking scoring, and other computational chemistry applications. Your contributions will directly impact how the AI Co-Scientist interprets data and generates insights, making your role crucial to the success of the project.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and biologists, will be essential as you work to refine the AI's analytical capabilities.
