You have a solid background in site reliability engineering or platform engineering, with a focus on building resilient systems that meet high standards of reliability. Your experience includes working with cloud platforms like AWS, and you are proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. You understand the importance of operational excellence and have a track record of implementing best practices in production environments.

You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, supporting engineers in adopting best practices and improving the developer experience. Your technical skills are complemented by strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. You are passionate about using technology to create reliable systems that businesses can depend on.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the reliability of Mollie's platform, ensuring that it meets the highest standards for our merchants. You will steward production readiness, advocating for best practices and supporting engineers in creating resilient services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring system performance, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and managing incident responses to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to enhance the overall reliability of our services.
