You have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in designing and optimizing go-to-market systems that support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. What you'll do
In this role, you will design, operate, and scale the systems that power Mollieβs go-to-market engine. You will collaborate closely with application engineers, data and machine learning teams, and process managers to build end-to-end, data-driven GTM solutions. Your responsibilities will include administering and optimizing the core GTM stack, ensuring that tools like HubSpot and Iterable are effectively utilized to support commercial strategies.
You will design and maintain integrations between GTM tools and the data warehouse using Hightouch and APIs, ensuring accurate, real-time data for GTM teams and machine learning-driven use cases. Partnering with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales, you will translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Your role will also involve promoting technology innovation within the team, researching new GTM and AI-driven technologies to improve performance. You will be a key player in ensuring that the systems you design are scalable and secure, contributing to the overall success of Mollieβs mission to simplify payments and money management for businesses across Europe.
