What you'll do

As a Cloud Operations Engineer at MongoDB, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational success of MongoDB Atlas — this includes creating and monitoring system alert dashboards, reviewing critical events, and accessing customer instances to ensure their databases are performing optimally. You will perform server administration duties, including troubleshooting performance issues and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability.

You will collaborate with a global team to provide support to customers, ensuring they receive timely assistance and guidance — your role will involve working closely with engineering teams to escalate issues that require deeper technical intervention. You will also participate in the development of operational best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the Cloud Operations team.
