Who you are
You have 2+ years of software development, consulting, or support experience, ideally across various industries. Your familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and application development methodologies sets you apart. You are competent in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Perl, Scala, or Go. Your experience with databases like MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL is essential. You possess knowledge of Linux diagnostics and tuning, with Windows tuning knowledge being a plus. Your analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills are excellent, and you are highly motivated for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions. You are confident in speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work with customers of all shapes and sizes, from tier-1 banks to small web startups, addressing a variety of exciting use cases. You will solve technically sophisticated problems and gain incredible cross-stack experience while networking with industry leaders. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of customer visions, accelerating their time to value, and driving multiple customer adoption scenarios, from building new solutions to modernizing legacy applications or migrating to the cloud. You will ensure that organizations get the best out of MongoDB, contributing to their success and satisfaction.
What we offer
MongoDB provides a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $176,000 USD for this role, along with comprehensive benefits including parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, a 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, and access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage.
