You have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can operate autonomously, taking ownership of your customer portfolio and making key decisions to drive effective outcomes. Your background includes advocating for customers and acting as an extension of their team within MongoDB, showcasing your ability to build strong relationships. You possess a mind for technology and are eager to learn about MongoDB and databases, understanding that the product is inherently technical. Your entrepreneurial mindset allows you to navigate challenges effectively, including deciding when to escalate issues to the executive team. You are comfortable collaborating with various teams, including Sales and Professional Services, to ensure customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become the main point of contact for MongoDB end users, leveraging your technical and account management skills to build strong relationships. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with MongoDB's products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Solutions Architects, to advocate for customer needs and resolve any issues that arise. Your ability to act with autonomy will be crucial as you manage your customer portfolio and make decisions that impact customer success. You will also play a key role in building the Customer Success program, contributing to its development and implementation.

MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S., between $71,000 and $139,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, a 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, and health benefits.
