You have a strong background in product management with a focus on developer experience, particularly within the Python ecosystem. Your hands-on experience building with Python allows you to understand the challenges developers face and translate those into actionable product strategies. You are adept at defining strategic visions and roadmaps, ensuring that the needs of Python developers are met effectively. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with globally distributed engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and responsiveness to developer needs.
Desirable
Experience with various Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI is highly desirable. Familiarity with MongoDB and its ecosystem will give you an edge in understanding how to enhance the developer experience. A background in user research and metrics analysis will help you define success for your initiatives.
What you'll do
