Who you are

You have 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in pre-sales for enterprise software. Your technical expertise includes a minimum of 3 years working with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and SQL, as well as popular programming languages like C++, Java, and C#. You have a proven track record of designing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to work closely with customers to review complex architectures and provide actionable guidance is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside sales executives to drive customer success and business growth.

Desirable

Experience with MongoDB's data platform is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and distributed systems. You are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprises, and you possess excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
