Your experience in quality control or a related field has equipped you with the skills necessary to identify and solve quality issues effectively. You are a clear communicator, able to coach and collaborate with production team members to elevate the collective quality standard. You understand the importance of safeguarding quality and are passionate about ensuring that every product meets high standards.
Desirable
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, as is familiarity with quality control methodologies. A background in data analysis or auditing can enhance your ability to contribute to the teamβs goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of MOO's quality standards β your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will troubleshoot file issues and conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Your proactive approach will help contain and solve quality problems before they impact customers, directly contributing to MOO's reputation for high-quality products. You will collaborate closely with the Quality and Engineering Team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the scaling of production as new products are introduced. Your ability to understand the 'why' behind issues will be crucial in developing effective solutions and enhancing overall product quality.
