You have a strong background in finance and controlling, with at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and planning. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to drive improvements in financial processes and frameworks. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior management is crucial, as you will be responsible for presenting financial insights and recommendations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company like Moss.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the preparation and finalization of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in P&L and balance sheet reviews. You will drive continuous improvement in financial reporting frameworks, making them economically meaningful and useful for decision-making at both group-wide and entity levels. Additionally, you will build and maintain cost forecasting and planning models to provide full visibility into costs and support informed investment and hiring decisions. Your contributions will be vital in helping Moss scale its operations effectively.
