Your experience includes working closely with engineering, machine learning, and UX teams to identify critical platform needs and deliver delightful, performant products. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of the search platform and infrastructure that enables Moveworks Search to scale to billions of documents. You will partner closely with other product managers, machine learning engineers, and UX designers to identify and prioritize critical platform needs. Your responsibilities will include developing advanced capabilities for evaluating product performance and search quality, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are both effective and user-friendly.

You will translate user feedback and ambiguous problems into actionable product specifications, guiding engineering teams in their execution. Staying informed about the latest AI trends, you will turn innovative ideas into strategic product bets and differentiated features. Your role will also involve building alignment across various teams by clearly communicating product vision, roadmaps, and outcomes, ensuring that everyone is on the same page as you drive the product forward.
