What you'll do

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Mozilla Foundation, you will take full ownership of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform, ensuring that the monthly financial reporting cycle runs smoothly. You will lead the mid-year forecast process in partnership with functional leaders, strengthening the budget versus actual variance analysis and reporting for executive leadership.

You will work on improving financial dashboards and reporting tools to better support decision-making across the organization. Building strong working relationships with programs, fundraising, and operations teams will be essential to your success in this role. You will also design and manage the annual budgeting process, including operating budgets, team budgets, and multi-year financial projections.
