What you'll do

As a Staff Application Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable applications that support workplace services across Mozilla. You will work closely with the IT Function and the broader Mozilla Infrastructure team to ensure that the solutions you develop align with the organization's mission of building a safe and secure internet. You will be responsible for architecting systems that are not only efficient but also user-friendly, ensuring that they meet the needs of employees and stakeholders alike. You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will also collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
