Who you are

You are eager to start your career in technology and are open to opportunities in Infrastructure Engineering. You may not have had access to traditional pathways but are ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You are eligible under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category as defined by the Government of India, and you are motivated to build a future in tech.

You have a foundational understanding of programming and databases, particularly in Python and MySQL. You are familiar with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible, and you have a basic understanding of Linux scripting and automation. You are also open to learning about cloud infrastructure and Agile development methodologies.

What you'll do

You will participate in an 8-week training program that covers essential skills for Infrastructure Engineering, including Python fundamentals, MySQL database management, and various DevOps tools. After completing the training, you will be placed with a leading global investment bank, where you will work on real-world infrastructure projects. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills in a professional setting, gaining valuable experience and mentorship.

Throughout your journey, you will receive coaching and support to help you navigate your new role and grow into potential future positions in cloud, data, or security roles. You will be part of a diverse team that values inclusion and is committed to empowering talent from all backgrounds.
