What you'll do

As a Junior Software Engineer at mthree, you will participate in the Alumni graduate program, which includes a comprehensive training period at mthree Academy. During this time, you will focus on Java and other relevant programming languages, preparing you for real-world software development tasks. After training, you will join a client for 12-24 months, where you will work on building complex applications and contribute to various projects.

You will collaborate with experienced developers and gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing full-stack applications. You will have the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work as the code you write is launched to users. Throughout your journey, you will receive ongoing support and feedback to help you grow as a software engineer.
