You have prior leadership or management experience, ideally within mortgage banking or lending — you understand the intricacies of the mortgage industry and are well-versed in its products, regulations, and compliance requirements. You have a proven ability to recruit talented mortgage veterans and a strong desire to grow, develop, and coach sales teams. Your strong leadership, communication, analytical, and customer service skills set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As a Branch Manager at Multiply Mortgage, you will oversee the daily operations of a mortgage branch and its sales team. You will ensure that the branch meets production goals in a compliant manner while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a productive team environment. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, assisting with onboarding and training, and managing all personnel reporting to you. Additionally, you will personally produce and maintain an active book of business, motivating your staff to achieve production targets.
