What you'll do
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that enhance the mortgage origination process. You will collaborate with mortgage advisors and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality standards. You will also participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance. You will leverage AI technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency, contributing to a better customer experience. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the product offerings. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the software aligns with user needs and business goals.
What we offer
Multiply Mortgage offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 plus equity. We believe in fair and equitable pay based on skills and experience.
