What you'll do

As the Delivery Manager for Learner Assessments, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire assessment process for our degree apprenticeship programs. This includes coordinating with assessors, ensuring that marking and moderation are conducted fairly and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the assessment lifecycle. You will work closely with the training teams to ensure that assessments align with the learning objectives and provide valuable feedback to learners. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to enhance the assessment experience for both learners and assessors. Your role will also require you to liaise with external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our assessment processes as we continue to grow and innovate in the EdTech space.
