What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and productionize machine learning models focused on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and generative AI features. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to iterate on datasets and model architectures, ensuring the delivery of impactful AI capabilities within the Mural platform. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing systems for training, inference, monitoring, and deployment, working alongside infrastructure engineers to enhance the overall performance of AI features.

You will also engage in continuous improvement of evaluation metrics and model quality, leveraging your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future of visual collaboration through innovative AI solutions that empower users to think creatively and work effectively together.
