Who you are

You are a graduate with 5-7 years of experience in photography and production management, adept at collaborating with creative teams to fulfill styling and shoot requirements across catalogues, campaigns, and social media. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals.

You have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of the creative process, allowing you to deliver high-quality outputs that adhere to style guides and service level agreements. Your experience includes maintaining and updating a casting database for models, ensuring that fit challenges are addressed efficiently using your knowledge of the model pool.

You are proactive and adaptable, able to accommodate ad-hoc requests while managing a busy shoot calendar. Your ability to communicate effectively with production and onset crews ensures that productivity is maximized and that minimum order quantities are met. You are comfortable highlighting and escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the creative producer to manage all aspects of styling and shoots, ensuring that all requirements are met for catalogues, campaigns, and social media. You will program manage the shoot calendar and coordinate with relevant studios to ensure timely execution of projects. Your collaboration with third-party vendors will focus on sourcing styling props at the best possible rates, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.

You will be responsible for delivering both still and video outputs that align with established style guides and service level agreements. Maintaining the casting database for models across multiple agencies will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will solving fit challenges using your knowledge of the available model pool.

As the single-threaded owner of communication with the production and onset crew, you will ensure that all parties are informed and that productivity remains high. You will adapt to the growing needs of the business, proactively accommodating any ad-hoc requests that arise during the production process.
