What you'll do

As the Quality Assurance Lead at Mytos, you will play a pivotal role in the company's mission to revolutionize the production of regenerative medicines. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with the company's goals. Your primary focus will be on achieving MHRA Manufacturing and Import Authorisation for the first automated CDMO site, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with advisors and industry experts to establish best practices in quality assurance. This includes developing quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring that all manufacturing processes are compliant with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members on quality standards and practices, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Your role will involve continuous monitoring and evaluation of quality processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of the manufacturing process. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to scale therapies and bring life-changing treatments to patients in need.
