What you'll do

As the Operations Supervisor at Nabis, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that productivity targets are met. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in monitoring team performance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing effectiveness, assigning work, and coaching team members to enhance their efficiency. You will work closely with other supervisors and managers to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement across the operations team.

You will also be involved in developing training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively. Your ability to foster a positive team culture will be essential as you encourage collaboration and communication among team members. You will regularly review operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
