What you'll do

As a Senior Brand Payments Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates, providing guidance and escalating issues to the Team Lead as necessary. You will be responsible for preparing and approving remittance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Responding to brand inquiries via Zendesk will be a key part of your role, requiring you to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly.

You will participate in and occasionally lead calls with brand partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are met. Collaborating with the Team Lead, you will work on special projects and process enhancements aimed at improving operational efficiency. Additionally, you will assist with onboarding and training new team members, contributing to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across the team.
