What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and developing solutions tailored to client needs within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will design and execute solutions that involve data mapping, object modeling, and business process workflows. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring Salesforce, conducting functional testing, and documenting processes to ensure knowledge transfer. You will also integrate and troubleshoot issues between Salesforce and other business systems, leveraging your expertise to fix complex problems. Your role will require you to monitor adoption of solutions and provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring that they are equipped to utilize the tools effectively.
