Who you are
You are a detail-oriented Lead Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on customer success. With extensive experience in Salesforce configuration, particularly in Sales Cloud and CPQ, you are adept at identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing improvements that enhance client experiences. Your consulting expertise allows you to gather requirements effectively and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working well both independently and as part of a team. Your strong communication skills enable you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Desirable
Experience with Ironclad CLM is a plus, as is familiarity with large-scale, complex datasets using Salesforce data tools. You are enthusiastic about continuous learning and are always seeking clarity to work more effectively. Your ability to develop guides for best practices and monitor adoption demonstrates your commitment to excellence and knowledge transfer within your team.
What you'll do
As a Lead Salesforce Developer at Narvar, you will be responsible for adapting and developing solutions to address client challenges. Your day-to-day tasks will include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and functional testing. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to design and execute solutions that encompass data mapping, object modeling, and business process workflows. Additionally, you will integrate and troubleshoot issues between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
You will also play a key role in managing training and support for users, helping them to adopt new solutions and best practices effectively. Your insights will guide the development of documentation and training materials, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the solutions you develop align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
What we offer
Narvar offers a competitive salary range of $115,000—$130,000 CAD, reflecting the value of your skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from Canada, providing you with flexibility and work-life balance.
