You are an experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in leading research initiatives that inform product development. You thrive in high-autonomy environments and are skilled at building systems that facilitate effective research practices. Your ability to influence product direction through rigorous research and clear, data-backed narratives sets you apart. You have a deep understanding of customer intelligence and are passionate about solving complex, high-impact problems. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of validating designs and conducting post-launch research. Your leadership skills enable you to mentor and guide others in the research process, ensuring that insights are shared and utilized effectively.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will architect and implement a scalable Research Ops framework from the ground up, which includes participant recruitment, tool selection, and creating a centralized insights repository. You will lead the research strategy for the Merchant Experience Platform, validating designs during the build phase and conducting post-launch research to ensure a seamless migration for global retail partners. You will partner with product leaders on innovative initiatives, conducting early-stage discovery to understand merchant pain points and consumer behaviors that drive revenue. Your work will directly impact Narvar's most ambitious initiatives, helping to redefine foundational experiences for their clients. You will also scale the Design Partnership Program by establishing direct lines of communication with strategic retail partners, ensuring that their insights and needs are integrated into product development.
What we offer
Narvar offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $200,000—$220,000 CAD. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from Canada, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
