Who you are

You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in government or consultancy settings. You understand the nuances of developing go-to-market strategies that resonate with public sector clients and can create compelling messaging that aligns with their needs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned towards achieving client outcomes. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.

You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can effectively engage with team members and stakeholders across various locations. Your analytical mindset helps you assess market trends and client feedback, enabling you to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the overall go-to-market strategy for Nava's emerging solutions. You will create positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value of our offerings to government agencies. Collaborating closely with delivery teams, you will ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with client outcomes and that teams are equipped to convert leads successfully. You will analyze market trends and client feedback to continuously refine our strategies and improve our approach.

You will also engage in stakeholder management, working with various teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are integrated into broader organizational goals. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and developing marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. You will track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
