Your experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts enables you to translate non-technical requests into actionable development stories. You are adaptable and can thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, managing competing priorities with transparency.
Desirable
Experience with Contentful and web performance monitoring tools is a plus, as is the ability to work flexibly across time zones to support global operations. You are comfortable with the nuances of digital marketing and understand how website performance impacts overall business growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for all website requests, managing the intake process and documenting business requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Demand Generation, Product-Led Growth, Content, and SEO to ensure that all requests align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing the backlog, defining timelines, and communicating the roadmap to ensure timely delivery of website updates and new features. You will streamline website operations and delivery workflows, ensuring efficient processes from concept to deployment. Regular syncs between stakeholders and technical teams will be facilitated by you, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
