Who you are

You have a strong background in SAP solutions with in-depth knowledge of industry best practices — your experience includes leading fit/gap analysis sessions to understand business process requirements and translating those into effective SAP solutions. You are a trusted advisor who can configure SAP CO systems to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other modules like SD, PP, and MM.

With at least two full lifecycle implementations as an SAP CO functional consultant and a minimum of five support projects under your belt, you are well-versed in applying SAP best practices to deliver high-quality solutions. Your customer focus and results-driven mindset enable you to manage tasks effectively while solving complex problems.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present ideas clearly and mentor team members. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can work effectively with service delivery leads and other stakeholders to establish project plans and deliverables.

What you'll do

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant at Navisite, you will lead your respective workstream on assigned projects, working closely with the Service Delivery Lead to establish overall plans for customer engagements. You will be responsible for configuring SAP CO systems to meet specific business requirements, ensuring that all configurations align with SAP best practices.

Your role will involve conducting in-depth analysis of business processes and leading sessions to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, guiding the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your expertise will be crucial in driving project success and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
