What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage Nebius's global Speak Up/Whistleblowing framework, ensuring that policies and reporting channels are effective and compliant with local and international laws. You will act as the primary point of contact for reports and concerns raised by employees and third parties, ensuring that all reports are triaged and handled consistently and confidentially. Your responsibilities will include overseeing case management, documentation, and reporting, as well as preparing metrics and trend analysis for senior management. You will drive continuous improvement of Speak Up processes and training to strengthen employee trust and engagement.
