You have experience in providing IT support and managing data center operations — you've successfully deployed infrastructure and resolved hardware and network-related issues in previous roles. Your technical skills include proficiency with Cisco networking equipment and a solid understanding of Linux systems, which you have utilized to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and external contractors — your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly has helped you coordinate remote IT operations and ensure seamless project execution. You are also prepared to travel for on-site installations and technical support, demonstrating your commitment to delivering high-quality service.
What you'll do
