You have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and are skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Your communication skills are exceptional, both spoken and written, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Nebius to potential candidates. Experience in recruiting for technical roles within the AI or cloud computing sectors is a plus. What you'll do
In your role as a Data Center Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Data Center functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract top talent. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring that you present only the most qualified individuals to the hiring managers.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and nurturing relationships with potential hires, even if they are not immediately available.
