What you'll do

As a Key Customers Solutions Architect at Nebius, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for key and strategic customers utilizing Nebius GPU Cloud services. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers in the design, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions while managing large-scale GPU workloads that involve hundreds to thousands of GPUs. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and promote the benefits of Nebius's offerings. Your role will also involve troubleshooting complex AI/ML issues, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support. You will work closely with product teams to provide feedback and insights that drive product enhancements and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help shape the future of AI cloud infrastructure, enabling customers to solve real-world challenges without the need for massive infrastructure costs.
