What you'll do

In this role, you will join Nebius AI's Dev Tools and Observability teams, where you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of tools that enhance the developer experience. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the tools we create meet the needs of our customers and help them solve real-world challenges. Your role will involve setting up feedback loops from engineering teams to continuously improve our processes and products. You will drive AI-related experiments that push the boundaries of what is possible in cloud computing, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and cutting-edge.

You will also play a key role in maturing our planning processes, helping to structure our approach to project management in a way that fosters collaboration and innovation. This hands-on position requires you to be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the teams, ensuring that projects are moving forward and that results are being achieved.
