Who you are

You have a strong background in SAP Commissions, with experience in leading implementations and optimizing compensation processes for businesses. Your analytical skills allow you to design and configure solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in compensation models.

You possess a solid understanding of SQL, enabling you to perform queries and validations effectively. Your experience includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide advanced support for incidents and adjustments in compensation models.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring solutions in SAP Commissions, ensuring they align with sales compensation processes. You will define compensation models, rules, calculations, workflows, and reports, playing a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of the system.

You will participate in requirement gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that all needs are met. Your responsibilities will also include conducting functional tests, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and creating technical and functional documentation.

As a Senior Consultant, you will provide advanced support for incidents, adjustments, or changes in the compensation model, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. You will collaborate on integration projects with SAP ERP, CRM, or other systems, advising clients on best practices and continuous optimization of the module.
