Support Engineer • Entry-Level

Who you are

You have over 2 years of experience in technical support or analysis within reconciliation processes or similar environments — you've developed a keen understanding of operational workflows and how to troubleshoot issues effectively. Your intermediate skills in PL/SQL and SQL Server allow you to execute queries for analysis and problem resolution, while your knowledge of Shell Scripting helps you identify critical points in scripts and support necessary corrections. You possess a basic understanding of Java, which complements your technical toolkit, and your English proficiency at a B2 level or higher enables you to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide operational support to the Conciliations area, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will monitor, log, and follow up on incidents within the Global Reconciliation Product, playing a crucial role in maintaining operational continuity. Your responsibilities will include executing queries in Oracle and SQL Server to analyze and resolve failures, as well as reviewing and analyzing Shell scripts to identify critical issues and assist in corrections. Collaboration with technical and business teams will be essential to ensure the ongoing operational success of reconciliation processes.
