Who you are

You have over 7 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with a strong background in developing and operating AI solutions in production environments. Your expertise includes defining and governing ML/AI architecture, ensuring the deployment and monitoring of enterprise-scale AI solutions. You are a technical reference for your team, mentoring and guiding engineers while promoting best practices and quality standards.

You possess a deep understanding of Python and have experience developing APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks. Your knowledge extends to cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, or GCP, allowing you to effectively collaborate with business, cloud, and security teams to ensure compliance in regulated environments. You are proactive in proposing continuous improvements to the platform and supporting internal users in adopting new use cases.

Desirable

Experience with MLOps frameworks and a solid grasp of AI operationalization practices will set you apart. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and agent-based systems is a plus, as is a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, evolution, and operation of a corporate AI platform, known as the Agentic Platform, in production environments. You will define and govern the architecture of ML/AI solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the deployment, monitoring, and operation of AI solutions at scale, acting as a technical mentor to your engineering team, and driving the adoption of best practices.

You will collaborate closely with various business areas, cloud, and security teams to ensure compliance in regulated environments. Your role will also involve proposing continuous improvements to the platform, guiding internal users in the adoption of new use cases, and ensuring that the solutions you develop are impactful and aligned with business goals.
