Backend Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You are a professional with at least 3 years of experience in software development, particularly in backend systems. Your expertise lies in C# and the .NET Framework, and you are comfortable working with both .NET Core and SQL Server. You have a strong understanding of ETL processes and are capable of designing, building, and maintaining data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with front-end developers to create functional and efficient APIs. Your problem-solving skills enable you to decipher legacy systems and integrate applications with relevant data sources effectively.

Desirable

Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies. You are eager to propose technical improvements and contribute to innovative solutions within your team. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing the business logic and backend systems of our products. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure the APIs you create are functional and meet the needs of the application. Your role will involve working on the complete software development cycle, from initial design through to implementation and maintenance. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving errors, ensuring that the systems you develop are robust and efficient. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to propose technical enhancements that can improve our tools and processes.
