NEORIS is hiring a Design Operations Practitioner to transform the design experience in the financial sector. You'll manage design backlogs and ensure project alignment with strategic goals using Agile methodologies. This role requires experience in design operations and project management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in design operations, acting as the bridge between creativity and execution. Your experience allows you to manage and prioritize design backlogs effectively, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and strategic objectives. You are familiar with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and can monitor design project progress efficiently.
You possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage operational needs such as resource allocation and workflow optimization. You are adept at creating and presenting statistical reports on productivity and quality to directors and stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate complex information clearly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the design backlog, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized according to business objectives. You will monitor the progress of design projects using Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include managing operational needs, such as resource allocation and tool management, to optimize workflow.
You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on productivity and compliance to stakeholders, demonstrating your analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will facilitate collaboration between design, product, and technology teams, creating an environment that fosters innovation and efficiency.
