Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in analyzing business processes and designing RPA solutions using Blue Prism — you understand how to identify automation opportunities and ensure compliance with technical standards. Your background includes a minimum of 2 years in environments such as Java/J2EE, .NET Framework, or similar technologies, which gives you a solid foundation for developing effective automation solutions.

You possess strong knowledge of SQL and are familiar with UML and software development patterns — this expertise allows you to document functional requirements, use cases, and automation flows effectively. Your experience includes conducting unit tests, integration tests, and load testing plans, ensuring that the solutions you develop are robust and reliable.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business and technology areas to optimize processes and improve automated solutions — your ability to manage configurations, versions, and operational support for automations in production environments is a key asset.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation using Blue Prism. You will design and develop RPA solutions, ensuring they meet technical standards and acceptance criteria. Your responsibilities will include documenting functional requirements, use cases, and automation flows in detail, as well as performing unit and integration testing to validate your solutions.

You will collaborate with various business and technology teams to optimize processes and enhance automated solutions, ensuring that they align with business objectives. Additionally, you will manage configurations and versions of automation solutions, providing operational support in production environments to ensure smooth functionality.
