Who you are

You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SAP, particularly in leading global migration programs to S/4HANA. You thrive in high-pressure environments and have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams through complex transformation cycles. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively coordinate between functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of the project align seamlessly.

You possess a deep understanding of financial governance within project management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and margin protection. Your ability to manage change requests and scope control is complemented by your commitment to maintaining contractual alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and ensure that quality gates, acceptance criteria, and formal approvals are met at every phase of the SAP Activate methodology.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation or migration of SAP S/4HANA from start to finish, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. You will drive the preparation for cutover, go-live, and stabilization phases, ensuring that all teams are aligned and ready for successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating the delivery of multifaceted teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

You will also be responsible for leading the financial governance of the program, which includes monitoring the budget, making forecasts, and protecting profit margins. You will facilitate change request processes and ensure that all project scope changes are managed effectively. Your role will require you to lead and manage project teams through complex cycles of transformation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed flawlessly.
