What you'll do

In this role, you will support the recruitment team by publishing job vacancies across various platforms, ensuring that the right candidates are attracted to the positions available. You will filter resumes according to the required profiles, helping to streamline the selection process. Coordinating interviews and psychometric tests will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to engage directly with candidates and assess their fit for the roles. You will also update databases and reports related to candidates, ensuring that all information is current and accurate. Additionally, you will provide administrative support in hiring processes and collaborate on employer branding activities and internal communications, contributing to a positive candidate experience.
