You have over 5 years of experience in SAP FI, with a strong focus on S/4HANA implementations. Your expertise includes leading the design and configuration of financial processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations in Argentina. You possess conversational English skills, enabling effective communication in multicultural environments.

You are adept at managing regional rollouts, including fit-gap analysis, parameterization, testing, and hyper-care support. Your experience includes configuring and validating Record-to-Report processes, such as GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets, ensuring that all financial processes align with local fiscal and accounting requirements.

You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with teams across MM/SD, integration, development, and infrastructure to ensure end-to-end consistency. Your ability to define and execute testing strategies, including unit testing and UAT, is a key asset in your role.

You are skilled in data migration activities, including managing balances, master data, mappings, reconciliations, and controls. Your documentation skills are strong, allowing you to create functional documentation, configurations, procedures, and training materials that support project success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and configuration of SAP FI in S/4HANA, focusing on a Fit-to-Standard and Clean Core approach. You will participate in regional rollouts, conducting fit-gap analyses, parameterization, testing, and providing hyper-care support to ensure smooth transitions.

You will configure and validate key financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets, while ensuring compliance with local regulations in Argentina. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to guarantee consistency across all financial processes.

You will define and execute comprehensive testing strategies, managing unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing. Your role will also involve overseeing data migration activities, ensuring accurate balances, master data, and reconciliations are achieved.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining functional documentation, configurations, and training materials that facilitate knowledge transfer and support project objectives. Your contributions will be vital in driving financial transformation initiatives across the organization.
